Starting Small but Winning Big
My name is Tara!! I am the founder of Top Notch Transitions Fitness (TNT Fitness). I am a recent graduate of Cleveland State University, where I obtained a Masters of Education in Exercise Science; which has now given me the opportunity to start my own business.

Four years ago, I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes. At that point, I was given a choice. Either lose the weight naturally, or use pills prescribed by a physician. I was 22 at the time, and did not realize just how serious this was. After two years of unhealthy eating habits and a continued sedentary lifestyle, I finally took the necessary steps to make a healthy lifestyle change. I lost 50lbs in eight months, and I feel better than ever. That’s the beauty of this training opportunity. Not only will you have someone pushing you to become better, but you will have someone pushing themselves right along with you!
WHAT I DO
Trusting the Process
Each domain of exercise (cardio, strength, endurance, felxibility etc.) is targeted in each training session. Not one muscle group gets left behind. In one hour, clients will be able to feel completely rejuvenated.

Nutrition is also very important in your new journey. Each package will include meal suggestions, and a nutritional guide, catered to your needs. Every week, there will be a weigh-in session, and every 2 weeks we will take body measurements (body fat %, waists, thigh etc.). This will help the both of us stay on track, and keep you, the client accountable.

Before you begin training, there will be a consultation. This will cover everything inside of the new members packet, and allow us to discuss exactly what it is that you would like to target during your sessions.Consultations are mandatory before beginning your sessions.
